Doma Korean Cuisine in Johor

"Pleasantly surprised with quality of food at Doma — we didn’t expect to find authentic Korean cuisine in this area. The pork neck was amazing and grilled to perfection, definitely recommend. Didn’t realize we were sitting at an area where they barbecue the meat for you so it’s great for those who don’t like smelling at grilled meat at the end of the night. 잘 먹었습니다 사장님! 다시 돌아오겠습니다."

"We were deciding between the 1 korean bbq and so glad we have chosen Doma because it has beef on top of pork. We ordered the beef and pork set for Rm 160 and find it extremely fulfilling, in terms of taste and portion. Already thinking of going back again. Only thing is the air-conditioning wasnt cold enough. Highly recommended!"

"Do take note. Its a level 2. Abit hidden behind another Korean BBQ. BUT! You gotta be here. Amazing food, totally worth it and you are definitely not overpaying in this restaurant. The pork shoulder is juicy and tender, the beef tongue taste heavenly. The chilli marinated crab is fresh and taste good. CHEESE STEAM EGG is a must! Dude, finished a bowl myself. Service top notch! You totally have to come and try here."

"They are really generous with the side dishes, must try the kimchi the stew was very comforting and seafood pancake had just the right amount crispiness and chew to it. however, we were quite dissappointed in the meats. they helped to grill the meats but the beef was super well done and the pork belly did not have much fats to it and was very dry :("

"pretty decent korean bbq with so many different sides. chive pancake was so crunchy and delicious, kimchi soup and beef bulgogi japchae were so good as well!! they cook the meat for you, wasn’t the most tender but still pretty nice. and they have the same herb salt as the DOMA beef bbq in Korea!"

"While the R&F mall is largely vacant, the few restaurants that were opened seemed to be bustling with activity. We decided to check out this Korean restaurant that seemed very popular, and when we ordered our food, we could see why. The portions are very large and the food was very tasty. I especially liked the oxtail soup, and my only gripe is that I wish I had known it came in such a large bowl, and two adults could easily share it with rice. The bibimbab also came with a choice of stew, which again, could have easily fed two people. I advise checking on the portion sizes before ordering, but otherwise, the food did not disappoint. A nice surprise for the kids was the cold noodles - our kids thoroughly enjoyed it."

"everything are delicious except the raw marinated dishes, spicy crab, crab and prawn all not nice. cooked dishes and excellent. Prawn and crab can eat finished although not nice. but spicy crab have the rotten smell. I have to give it a pass. but the restaurant didn't charge for the spicy crab. still one of the best restaurants in JB"
